Pork Ribs Basking in its Glory

Found an online recipe and decided to try it out, and it turned out really good! I am definitely going to make this again! I cannot wait to share this goodness with you!





















You will need:
(2 serving)

8 pork ribs
3 1/2 tablespoon sugar;
3 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon diced garlic

Steps:

1. Cook the ribs.
2. Marinate the ribs with garlic and leave it for at least 45 mins.
3. Heat the ribs in a pan and then add in soy sauce and sugar as the sauce.
4. Cook until the sauce thickens and forms a glaze coat on the ribs.

I decided to plate it with some salad and rice.
