Quick Snack!

Feeling a bit hungry but don't want biscuits and tea? Want something filling and savoury? Here is a quick recipe for you!  
Just today, my sister and I got really hungry at tea time and so we took a potato and some leftover piri piri powder from our Nandos takeaway the day before and made our own recipe!

You will need:
A potato
Piri piri powder
A pinch of salt
Cooking Oil
Water

Steps:
1. Peel the Potato and chop it up into bite size cubes.
2. Heat up a frying pan and add in some cooking oil.
3. Fry the potatoes at medium heat until it turns golden brown.
4. Add in some water to and turn it up to high heat. Let it cook till all the water is gone.
5. Add a little more water if the potatoes are fully cooked. 
6. Add a pinch of salt to give some flavour.
7. Transfer the potatoes into a bowl and add in the amount of piri piri powder of your own preference. The more you add, the stronger the taste.
8. Cover the bowl with a lid and shake it so the powder mixes well with the potatoes. 

There you go!
