Teriyaki Udon~

Today I am to share this quick and easy recipe with you - Teriyaki Udon. Enjoy!












You will need:
(1 serving)
1 pack of udon
Mince meat about the size of your fist
Iceberg Lettuce depending how veggie you want it to be 
2 big spoonful of Lee Kum Kee teriyaki sauce 
1 small spoonful of Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce (optional)
Soya Sauce
Sugar
corn starch
cooking oil

Steps:
1. Marinate the meat by adding a tsp of Soya sauce, a pinch of sugar and corn starch to your mince pork. Leave it for 20-30mins.
2. Wash the amount the lettuce you want to eat and slice it into long thin pieces. Boil it.
3. Drain off the water.
4. Heat up a frying pan and add oil, then fry the mince meat.
5. When it is almost done, add in the lettuce, udon and teriyaki sauce. You may also add some oyster sauce, Mix and leave it cooking for a few mins. Add some water if the udon is not moist enough.

Done!
